About Professional Property Cleanout
A Northeast Wisconsin team focused on property cleanouts, organized debris removal, and selective demolition.
Our story
Built on practical property work
Chris Potter founded the business in De Pere in 2018 to provide dependable hands-on property services across Northeast Wisconsin. That experience now supports a focused mission: preparing residential and commercial interiors for what comes next.
Professional Property Cleanout handles selective tear-outs for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, flooring, offices, retail spaces, and other renovations. The work is planned around a clear stopping point, protected access route, and complete debris removal.
We serve homeowners, remodelers, contractors, property managers, investors, and business owners in Green Bay, De Pere, Appleton, and surrounding communities.
